Proximity to all the shopping centres around Bukit Bintang, KLCC and TRX. Chinatown is within walking distance. Jalan Alor is nearby and a lot of cafes too. Security was top notched. Facilities eg. the swimming pools at the 52nd and 12th floor are clean and beautiful.
Was told carpark is not available for studio unit upon checking in, which was not disclosed when enquired before making reservations. In the end the staff that checked us in allocated a lot to us.
